My Story
I jumped into property management in 2009 with a clipboard, big goals, and a drive to make communities thrive. I started as a leasing agent and quickly transitioned into leadership roles. Since then, I’ve led high-impact projects across the spectrum. From affordable housing to luxury high-rise HOAs, I managed everything from grand openings to major turnarounds. My career has been built on turning challenges into growth: leading lease-ups from blueprint to full occupancy, navigating acquisitions and construction defect projects with confidence, and driving long-term strategies that improve retention, performance, and asset value. I am passionate about people, driven by performance, and focused on maximizing value - for properties and the people behind them.
